Delivery & Returns
All orders are sent via MyHermes tracked courier service.
MyHermes aim to deliver to you within 2-5 working days. Please allow 1-2 working days for the dispatch of your order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details so that you can follow your parcel.
Our flat rate delivery charge is £2.99, or £4.99 for Isle of Man customers.
MyHermes will always try to leave your parcel in a safe place/at a neighbours house if you are not home when they call. If you have a specific safe place you would like your parcel to be left please leave a note at the Checkout Page when completing your order.
Unfortunately we don’t currently offer returns/exchanges on our products.
Unfortunately we do not currently offer a collection service.
Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address at the checkout, if you input the wrong address and your order gets delivered to the wrong address neither Bloom Candles or the courier can be held liable for this. MyHermes will attempt to deliver your parcel 3 times, if the parcel cannot be delivered on 3 occasions we can no longer be held liable for your parcel and you will have to provide extra funds to get it shipped out again. If you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place please note that Bloom Candles/the courier cannot be held liable for the parcel once delivered.
About our Products
Each candle gives approximately 30 hours of burn time.
Our jars are approximately 6cm square wide/deep & 9cm high.
Our reed diffuser jars are approximately 7.7 x 7.7 x 7.9cm.
Yes, every product is handmade by myself.
Our candles and wax melts are made from paraffin wax.
Yes, our wax does not contain any animal products and we ensure that none of our fragrances/supplies are tested on animals.
We accept PayPal, credit and debit card payments. Once you’re through to the checkout you need to select ‘Proceed to PayPal’ this will then give you the options to either log into your PayPal account or select ‘Checkout as a Guest’, you can then enter you’re credit/debit details.
Unfortunately due to the high postage costs and the risk of our candle jars getting damaged we don’t currently ship outside of the UK. If you would really like our products to be shipped to you please get in touch with me for a postage quote. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility if any damage were to occur in transit.
