Delivery & Returns

All orders are sent via MyHermes tracked courier service.
MyHermes aim to deliver to you within 2-5 working days. Please allow up to 4 working days for the dispatch of your order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details so that you can follow your parcel.
Our flat rate delivery charge is £2.99, free delivery is available on orders over £30.
MyHermes will always try to leave your parcel in a safe place/at a neighbours house if you are not home when they call. If you have a specific safe place you would like your parcel to be left please leave a note at the Checkout Page when completing your order.
Unfortunately we don’t currently offer returns/exchanges on our products. If you receive a damaged or faulty product please get in touch as soon as possible and we will resolve this.
Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address at the checkout, if you input the wrong address and your order gets delivered to the wrong address neither Bloom Candles or the courier can be held liable for this. If you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place please note that Bloom Candles/the courier cannot be held liable for the parcel once delivered. Our parcels are fully insured for loss and damage however whilst in the hands of the couriers but the courier is unable to be held liable for circumstances outside of their control including weather conditions. We keep all products cool and chilled before shipping but we cannot control what happens to the candles and wax in transit, please bare this in mind before ordering in high temperatures. Please see our full terms and conditions at the checkout stage before making payment.

About our Products

Each candle provides approximately 30 hours of burn time.
Our jars are approximately 6.5cm in diameter & 8cm high.
Yes, every product is handmade by myself.
We currently only test our wax melts in tea light burners so we are unable to guarantee how they will melt in your electric burner, although we do have plenty of customers who use our melts in their electric burners with no reported problems.
Although candles and wax melts don't have a specific expiry date we do recommend to use our products within 1 year of purchase for optimum burning. Burning and scent quality may be reduced after this period.
Since our rebrand in February 2020, our candles and wax melts are made from 100% soy wax. Products purchased from before our rebrand are made from a blend of vegetable and paraffin wax.
Yes, our wax is 100% soy and we ensure that none of our fragrances/supplies are tested on animals.


We accept PayPal, credit and debit card payments. Once you’re through to the checkout you need to select ‘Proceed to PayPal’ this will then give you the options to either log into your PayPal account or select ‘Checkout as a Guest’, you can then enter you’re credit/debit details.
Unfortunately due to the high postage costs and the risk of our candle jars getting damaged we don’t currently ship outside of the UK. If you would really like our products to be shipped to you please get in touch with me for a postage quote. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility if any damage were to occur in transit.
